Only Indian unmarried male Citizens (Nepali citizens also ) may appear in the tests, under 01/2022 Intake, scheduled to be held from 24 July 2022 onwards.

Pay, Allowances and Allied Benefits
- Those who enrolled under this Scheme will be paid an Agniveer package of Rs 30,000/- per month with a fixed yearly increment .
- Dress and Travel allowances will be paid.
- At the end of engagement period, a detailed Skill-Set certificate will be provided to the AGNIVEERVAYU, highlighting the skills and level of competency acquired by the personnel during their engagement period.
- AGNIVEERVAYU will be given one time ‘Seva Nidhi’ package comprising their monthly contribution along with matching contribution by the Government on completion of their engagement period, as indicated below:-

(a) Candidate born between 29 December 1999 and 29 June 2005 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
(b) In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment is 23 years. |
Mandatory Medical Standards
- Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cms
- Chest: Minimum range of expansion: 5 cm
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
- Corneal Surgery (PRK / LASIK) is not acceptable. Visual requirements as applicable as per Indian Air Force standards.
- Hearing: Candidate should have normal hearing
- Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.
Agniveer Vayu Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- 1.6 Km run to be completed within 06 minutes 30 seconds.
- Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.

- Click on ‘Apply online’
- New people who have not registered for registration 01/2022 are required to click on the new user link?
- Register and fill out the registration details.
- Enter OTP received via Email Id and SMS (country code only (+91)) to confirm.
- After successful verification of registration details password generated by the system will be sent to their registered Email Id.
- After completing the registration details the candidate will be redirected to the Login page.
- After providing the Email Id and system-generated password, the candidate will be redirected to a new page where they must reset the new password of their choice.
- After setting your personal password you will be redirected to the Login page .
