Position:- Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities
- hotel grooming standards are being followed, check the appearance of the staff.
- maintains high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Supports all levels of sales and personal efforts through guest contact.
- Handles guest complaints and comments.
- Recommends store manager to change standards or equipment to improve service
- Assists in the organization of training during and outside working hours.
- Ensures all restaurant equipment and supplies are maintained at designated nominal inventory levels. Initiates requests for additional equipment if necessary.
- Applies to orders placed in Micros, cash, or credit card payment.
- welcome all guests and say goodbye to them
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- Hold a hotel & hospitality management diploma or degree
- Previous hotel experience required
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, preferably in Italian Cuisine.
- Computer Literacy is an advantage
- Preferably Italian National
